"There is many a slip between the cup and the
lip"
You might have the world's greatest script
but there must be good production values to translate the
emotions from script to screen. There may be 100 to 300 people
working on a movie, how can we ensure quality work from everybody?
We can't, this is not our job, we are a preproduction company,
we only measure the emotional content from your script and
other preproduction materials including still photographs
of the crew, locations etc.
Script's the King
We focus on the preproduction phase. In
some cases the script is bad and great actors have saved the
movie from being a complete failure but this is patchy at
best and is quite rare, let's say the script is the king.
When you hire a professional crew the translation from script
to screen is pretty good. The eyes of the audiences follow
the enactment of the story and delivery by the properly cast
actors more than anything else. If the story is not riveting
then their eyes wander into the Costumes. Everything is important,
there are many ingredients that need to come through: the
Lens used, Angle of the Camera etc., over all there must be
good production values.
The Difference is in EI
Almost all the movies for theatrical releases
have professional crew and established actors and directors.
But this does not mean it is a great movie. To really make
a good movie there must be Emotional Intelligence (EI); this
is the differentiating factor and we will help you to do exactly
that.
It is relatively easy to measure a movie that is already
(in the can) made; Distributors can reap the maximum benefit
if they use our services. They can gauge whether emotions
are definitely present or missing as indented in the Script.
