After we receive the script by email or any other secure means we get to work.

We would like Storyboards, Camera angles (for visualization), information and pictures from your location scouting, names of locations along with the Scene Numbers. It would help to know the names of the actors playing Main and Supporting Character roles. The script should be complete. It would help if it is a production script, but not necessary.

Changes on the Set

We know that during production lot of things fall out, the script needs to be changed when you are in production, of course if you are not planned well, this can blow your budget but in any case the script may change on the field, don't worry about it, it does not matter, just do your movie, you can send us the modified script later, we will do the second iteration free. It is Free only if you don't change more than 50% of the scenes from your original script. If you departed so far from the original script then it is really a different movie, we have never run into this situation.

Scene Numbers

The script and the accompanying material should be marked with Scene Numbers for easy reference. We also accept DV, VHS tapes and DVDs of stand-in actors. You can even send in rehearsals. Agreed that you need a trained eye to see past the rehearsals and the reality, don't worry about it we are emotionally intelligent people. We will be using the script as the primary source material and everything else is paraphernalia.

We go through every description, every dialog and every page over and over again and input all the elements into the Envio™ system. Extracting the emotions is the most time consuming part.
